6th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament!

It’s time once again to get to work on the annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held at Inverrary Country Club on Saturday, May 5, 2012, same location as last year. With your help we are confident that we can pull everything together to have an extremely successful event.
We need volunteers to help get donations for the raffle, silent auction, goody bags, soda and beer for out on the course, etc.   We also need to get a mailer designed and ready to send out to our members. Volunteers are needed to help out the day of the tournament to sign people in, sell mulligans and raffle tickets, help with the putting contest and drive the beverage carts.
If you are interested in being on the golf tournament committee, please let me know.   I would like to schedule our first meeting for either Tuesday, 2/21 or Wednesday, 2/22 – please let me know which works best for you, and I’ll schedule the meeting for the day that most of you are available. We can then set follow-up meetings that work best for committee members. If you can’t attend next week but are interested in helping out, let me know what days work best for follow-up meetings. You can email me at tchadderton@hammesco.com or call me at (954) 224-8796 to let me know if you are interested and what date works for you to meet next week.
